The study examines the ethical practices and social responsibilities of the company, exploring how these factors impact the organization's reputation, employee morale, customer loyalty, and overall success. The research utilizes a mixed-method approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. Qualitative data is gathered through interviews with key stakeholders within the Nigerian Bottling Company Plc, including managers, employees, and customers. These interviews provide insights into the company's ethical framework, social responsibility initiatives, and the perceived impact of these practices on various aspects of the business. Quantitative data is collected through surveys distributed to a sample of employees and customers of the Nigerian Bottling Company Plc in Enugu. The surveys aim to quantify the level of awareness and perception of the company's ethical practices and social responsibility initiatives among stakeholders. Statistical analysis of the survey data helps to identify any correlations between ethical practices, social responsibilities, and key performance indicators such as employee satisfaction, customer loyalty, and financial performance. The findings of this research project highlight the significant role that ethics and social responsibilities play in shaping the success of business organizations. The Nigerian Bottling Company Plc in Enugu serves as a case study to illustrate how a company's commitment to ethical business practices and social responsibility can lead to a positive impact on its reputation, employee engagement, customer loyalty, and financial performance. Overall, this research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on the importance of ethics and social responsibilities in business organizations, particularly within the context of emerging markets like Nigeria. The insights gained from this study can inform strategic decision-making processes within companies, helping them to develop sustainable business practices that benefit not only their bottom line but also society at large.
