Thesis Abstract

Abstract
This research project aims to investigate the role of office environment in workers' productivity, with a focus on establishments in Owerri, Imo State. The office environment plays a crucial role in influencing the productivity and well-being of employees. A conducive office environment can lead to increased job satisfaction, motivation, and ultimately higher productivity levels. On the other hand, a poor office environment can result in decreased morale, higher stress levels, and lower productivity. The study will utilize a mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. Surveys will be distributed to employees in various establishments in Owerri to gather quantitative data on their perceptions of the office environment and its impact on their productivity.
