The aim is to elucidate the drivers, processes, and outcomes of strategic change at GreenVolt Solutions, with specific objectives (1) to map the sequence and nature of strategic changes implemented over a three-year period; (2) to identify internal capabilities, leadership actions, and external pressures that precipitated these changes; (3) to evaluate the effectiveness of changes in terms of innovation performance, financial viability, and strategic alignment with market opportunities; (4) to develop a contextualized framework linking ambidextrous strategic emphasis, organizational learning, and governance adaptations in startup ecosystems; and (5) to derive actionable implications for managers and policymakers fostering scalable, sustainable renewable ventures. Suggestions for future research include comparative cross-national studies of startup ecosystems and longitudinal investigations into post-scale strategies in similar technology-intensive sectors.
