The study aims to investigate the impact of TQM implementation on the operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall performance of SMEs. The research methodology involved a mixed-method approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques. A sample of SMEs was selected for the study, and data was collected through surveys, interviews, and observation. The findings revealed that while many SMEs recognize the importance of TQM, they often face challenges in implementing it effectively due to limited resources, lack of expertise, and resistance to change.
