The primary objective is to analyze the challenges, opportunities, and outcomes associated with integrating sustainability principles into supply chain operations within a retail context. The study begins with a comprehensive review of relevant literature on sustainable supply chain management, focusing on key concepts such as green sourcing, reverse logistics, and stakeholder engagement. Drawing on ten key items from the literature review, the theoretical framework is developed to guide the investigation. Chapter three outlines the research methodology, including data collection methods, sampling strategies, and analysis techniques employed in the case study. The research findings are presented in chapter four, providing an in-depth discussion of the implementation of sustainable supply chain management practices within the selected retail organization.
