This study aims to analyze the impact of technology adoption on organizational performance in the hospitality industry. The research focuses on how the integration of technology tools and systems influences key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance within hospitality organizations. The study begins with a comprehensive review of relevant literature to explore existing research on technology adoption and its effects on organizational performance in the hospitality industry. The theoretical framework is based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Resource-Based View (RBV) to provide a solid foundation for the research. Methodologically, a mixed-methods approach will be utilized to collect and analyze data. The research design includes both quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with managers and employees from a diverse range of hospitality establishments. The quantitative data will be analyzed using statistical techniques such as regression analysis to identify the relationships between technology adoption and organizational performance indicators. The qualitative data will be subjected to thematic analysis to gain deeper insights into the mechanisms through which technology impacts performance.
