This research project aims to analyze the influence of leadership styles on organizational performance and employee engagement. The study will investigate various leadership styles, including autocratic, democratic, transformational, and transactional leadership, and their impact on team dynamics, motivation, and productivity. It will also examine the role of emotional intelligence, communication, and decision-making in shaping effective leadership behaviors. The project will utilize both qualitative interviews with organizational leaders and quantitative surveys of employees to gather comprehensive data. The findings of this research will provide valuable insights into the significance of leadership styles in driving organizational success and will offer practical implications for developing effective leadership strategies.
