The increasing complexity and dynamic nature of contemporary projects necessitate adaptable project management approaches, yet many organizations continue to rely predominantly on traditional methodologies such as Waterfall, which often lack flexibility and responsiveness. This study addresses the critical gap in integrating Agile practices within conventional project management frameworks to enhance project delivery outcomes. The primary aim is to develop a comprehensive framework that systematically combines Agile principles with established project management practices, thereby enabling organizations to achieve improved flexibility, stakeholder engagement, and project success rates. Specific objectives include identifying key factors that facilitate or hinder integration, analyzing the effectiveness of current hybrid approaches, and proposing a novel integration model grounded in empirical evidence. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, beginning with a qualitative exploratory phase involving semi-structured interviews with 30 project managers and Agile practitioners across the manufacturing and information technology sectors to explore prevailing integration practices and challenges. The qualitative data will be analyzed using thematic analysis to identify core themes and factors influencing integration strategies. Following this, a quantitative phase will involve a structured survey distributed to a stratified random sample of 200 project managers from organizations known to adopt hybrid project management approaches. The main conclusion indicates that effective integration of Agile into traditional practices significantly improves project agility, stakeholder engagement, and adaptability to change. The study recommends that organizations adopt the proposed framework as a diagnostic and implementation tool, emphasizing the importance of leadership commitment, continuous training, and adaptive organizational policies. Future research should explore longitudinal impacts of Agile integration on project success metrics across different sectors and organizational contexts, and examine the role of digital tools in facilitating such hybrid approaches. Overall, this study provides a robust, empirically validated framework that contributes valuable insights for practitioners and scholars advancing the field of project management in complex environments.
