Thesis Abstract
This project aims to study the role of plant secondary metabolites in plant-plant competition. Plant secondary metabolites are chemical compounds produced by plants that play diverse roles in ecological interactions. However, their specific functions in plant-plant competition are not well understood. This project will involve conducting greenhouse experiments to assess the effects of secondary metabolites on competitive interactions between plant species.
