This project aims to study the effects of different soil microorganisms on plant growth and development. Soil microorganisms play crucial roles in nutrient cycling, disease suppression, and plant-microbe interactions. By conducting greenhouse experiments, we will investigate the impact of selected soil microorganisms, including mycorrhizal fungi, rhizobacteria, and actinomycetes, on plant growth parameters such as shoot biomass, root length, and nutrient uptake. Additionally, we will analyze the microbial community composition in the rhizosphere to understand the interactions between plants and soil microorganisms. The findings of this study will contribute to our knowledge of the beneficial effects of soil microorganisms on plant growth and may have implications for sustainable agriculture practices
