Abstract
Radiation emitted from telecommunication masts is a topic of growing concern among the general public. As the deployment of telecommunication infrastructure increases globally, there is a need for greater public awareness of the potential health effects associated with exposure to this radiation. This research project aims to investigate the current level of public awareness regarding the health effects of radiation emitted from telecommunication masts. The study will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys and focus group discussions to gather data from a diverse sample of participants. The survey will assess the knowledge and perceptions of the general public regarding radiation from telecommunication masts, including their understanding of the potential health risks and existing safety regulations. The focus group discussions will provide a deeper insight into the attitudes and concerns of different demographic groups towards this issue. By analyzing the survey responses and focus group discussions, the research aims to identify gaps in public knowledge and awareness regarding the health effects of radiation from telecommunication masts. The findings will be used to develop targeted educational campaigns and interventions to increase public understanding and promote informed decision-making. Overall, this research project seeks to contribute to the existing literature on public awareness of radiation exposure from telecommunication masts and provide valuable insights for policymakers, health authorities, and telecommunication companies. By enhancing public awareness and understanding of this issue, the aim is to empower individuals to make informed choices about their exposure to radiation and ultimately promote public health and safety.
