This project aims to investigate the effects of different plant pathogens on plant growth and development. Plant pathogens, including fungi, bacteria, and viruses, can cause significant damage to crops and natural plant populations. Understanding the specific impacts of different pathogens on plant growth and development is crucial for developing effective disease management strategies. In this study, we will conduct controlled experiments to assess the effects of selected plant pathogens on various plant species. We will measure plant growth parameters such as height, leaf area, biomass, and reproductive output. Additionally, we will analyze physiological and biochemical changes in infected plants to gain insights into the underlying mechanisms of pathogen-induced alterations in plant growth and development. The findings from this study will contribute to our understanding of plant-pathogen interactions and aid in the development of sustainable disease management strategies.
