Abstract
Plant hormones play crucial roles in regulating growth and development, as well as responses to environmental stressors. This study aimed to analyze the signaling pathways of plant hormones in response to various environmental stressors. The research focused on understanding how plants perceive and transduce stress signals to activate specific hormone pathways, ultimately leading to physiological and molecular responses. Chapter One provides an introduction to the study, presenting the background information on plant hormones, environmental stressors, and the problem statement. The objectives, limitations, scope, significance of the study, and the structure of the thesis are also outlined, along with definitions of key terms. Chapter Two consists of a comprehensive literature review that examines existing research on plant hormone signaling pathways in response to environmental stressors. The review covers ten key areas, including the role of abscisic acid in drought stress response, ethylene signaling in response to biotic stress, and the crosstalk between different hormone pathways. Chapter Three details the research methodology employed in this study, encompassing eight key components such as plant growth conditions, stress treatments, hormone analysis techniques, and data interpretation methods.
