This research project aims to explore the role of microfinance institutions (MFIs) in poverty alleviation. Microfinance has gained significant attention as a tool for empowering individuals and communities living in poverty by providing them with access to financial services. The study will examine the impact of microfinance on poverty reduction, analyzing the effectiveness of MFIs in reaching the target population, promoting entrepreneurship, and improving livelihoods. The research will involve a comprehensive literature review, data collection from selected MFIs, and statistical analysis to assess the socio-economic impact of microfinance interventions.
