Thesis Abstract

This research project aims to investigate the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on bank performance. CSR has gained significant attention in recent years, with many banks adopting socially responsible practices. The study will examine the relationship between CSR initiatives, such as environmental sustainability, community development, and ethical banking, and bank performance indicators, such as profitability, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation. The research will employ a combination of quantitative analysis and case studies to assess the impact of CSR on bank performance. The findings of this study will provide insights into the business case for CSR in the banking sector and offer recommendations for integrating CSR into bank strategies.
