This research project aims to investigate the factors influencing bank customers' adoption of mobile banking. Mobile banking has emerged as a convenient and accessible channel for financial transactions, offering customers the flexibility to manage their accounts and conduct transactions using mobile devices. The study will examine the factors that influence customers' decision to adopt mobile banking, including perceived usefulness, ease of use, security concerns, trust, and demographic characteristics. It will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys and interviews, to collect data from bank customers. The research findings will provide insights into the drivers and barriers of mobile banking adoption, enabling banks to design effective strategies to enhance customer engagement and promote the adoption of mobile banking services.
