The role of art education in developing students' sense of cultural heritage.

Thesis Abstract

This research project aims to investigate the role of art education in developing students' sense of cultural heritage. Cultural heritage encompasses the traditions, customs, and artifacts that define a particular culture. Art education has the potential to foster an appreciation and understanding of cultural heritage among students. However, limited research has been conducted on how art education can effectively promote students' sense of cultural heritage. This study will employ a qualitative research approach, including interviews, classroom observations, and analysis of student artworks, to explore the impact of art education on students' connection to their cultural heritage. The findings will contribute to the field of art education and provide insights into the role of art in preserving and promoting cultural heritage.
