Thesis Abstract

Arthritis is a common chronic condition characterized by joint inflammation and pain. Exercise has been recognized as a crucial component in managing arthritis symptoms and improving overall quality of life for individuals with arthritis. This project aims to explore the role of exercise in managing arthritis, including its effects on pain reduction, joint function, and psychological well-being. The project will review existing literature, analyze relevant studies, and provide evidence-based recommendations for exercise interventions tailored to different types of arthritis. The findings of this project will contribute to a better understanding of the benefits of exercise in arthritis management and guide healthcare professionals in developing effective exercise programs for individuals with arthritis.
