This research project aims to investigate the relationship between chronic stress and gastrointestinal health. Chronic stress has been recognized as a significant factor in the development and exacerbation of various gastrointestinal disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and peptic ulcers. The objective of this study is to explore the underlying mechanisms through which chronic stress influences gastrointestinal health and to identify potential interventions or strategies for managing stress-related gastrointestinal disorders. The findings of this research will contribute to a better understanding of the complex interactions between stress and gastrointestinal health, ultimately leading to improved treatment and prevention strategies for individuals suffering from stress-related gastrointestinal conditions.
