The urinary system plays a crucial role in maintaining homeostasis and waste elimination in organisms. While the anatomy and function of the urinary system have been extensively studied in terrestrial animals, there is a limited understanding of how marine animals adapt to their aquatic environment. This project aims to explore the unique adaptations of the urinary system in marine animals, including fish, marine mammals, and reptiles. By examining the anatomical structures and physiological mechanisms involved in urine production and osmoregulation, this study will provide valuable insights into the remarkable adaptations that allow marine animals to thrive in diverse marine environments.
