Teaching students about the role of agricultural cooperatives in developing countries.

Thesis Abstract

This research focuses on the importance of agricultural cooperatives in developing countries and their role in promoting sustainable agricultural practices, improving farmers' livelihoods, and enhancing food security. The study explores the various functions and benefits of agricultural cooperatives, including collective marketing, access to credit and inputs, knowledge sharing, and policy advocacy. It also examines the challenges faced by agricultural cooperatives in developing countries and suggests strategies to overcome these obstacles. The findings of this research contribute to a better understanding of the potential of agricultural cooperatives in fostering inclusive and sustainable agricultural development in developing countries.
