Abstract
This thesis investigates the effectiveness of multimedia tools in enhancing agricultural science education in secondary schools. The integration of technology in education has become increasingly prevalent, and this study aims to explore how multimedia tools can be utilized to improve the learning experience in the field of agricultural science. The research methodology included a literature review to examine existing studies on technology integration in education, as well as a survey conducted among secondary school students and teachers to gather data on their perceptions and experiences with multimedia tools in agricultural science education. The findings of the study revealed that the use of multimedia tools such as videos, simulations, and interactive presentations can have a positive impact on student engagement, comprehension, and retention of agricultural science concepts. Students and teachers reported that multimedia tools made learning more interactive, visual, and engaging, leading to increased interest and motivation in the subject. However, some challenges were also identified, including access to technology, technical issues, and the need for training and support for teachers to effectively integrate multimedia tools into their teaching practices. Overall, this study highlights the potential benefits of incorporating multimedia tools in agricultural science education in secondary schools and emphasizes the importance of providing adequate resources and training to support teachers in implementing technology-enhanced lessons. By leveraging multimedia tools effectively, educators can create more dynamic and engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and enhance the overall quality of agricultural science education in secondary schools.
