This research project aims to investigate the role of agricultural education in promoting food safety and quality standards. With the increasing concerns about foodborne illnesses and the need for safe and high-quality food, it is crucial to examine how agricultural education can contribute to ensuring food safety throughout the supply chain. This study will explore the curriculum and teaching methods used in agricultural education programs to impart knowledge and skills related to food safety and quality. Additionally, it will assess the effectiveness of these programs in enhancing students' understanding of food safety regulations, good agricultural practices, and quality control measures. By conducting surveys, interviews, and analyzing relevant literature, this research will provide insights into the impact of agricultural education on promoting food safety and quality standards. The findings will be valuable for educators, policymakers, and stakeholders in improving agricultural education programs and enhancing food safety practices in the agricultural sector.
