Thesis Abstract

This research project aims to explore the importance of agricultural education in promoting sustainable agro-tourism. Agro-tourism, which involves visitors experiencing and learning about agricultural activities, has gained popularity as a form of rural tourism. However, the sustainability of agro-tourism practices is crucial to ensure long-term benefits for both tourists and local communities. This study will investigate the role of agricultural education in promoting sustainable agro-tourism by examining the knowledge and skills imparted to farmers and local communities. By analyzing case studies, conducting interviews, and surveying tourists, this research will provide insights into the impact of agricultural education on sustainable agro-tourism practices. The findings of this study will contribute to the development of strategies to enhance the educational component of agro-tourism and promote sustainable practices in the agricultural sector.
