The rapid proliferation of digital technologies presents both opportunities and challenges for smallholder farmers, particularly within cooperative settings such as Green Valley Cooperative, where access to and effective utilization of digital literacy remain critical for enhancing agricultural productivity and sustainability. Despite the implementation of digital literacy programs aimed at empowering farmers through improved knowledge of modern farming techniques, market information systems, and financial services, there is limited empirical evidence assessing the actual effectiveness of these interventions. This study seeks to evaluate the impact of digital literacy programs on farmers’ knowledge levels within Green Valley Cooperative, thereby addressing the gap between program delivery and measurable outcomes. The specific objectives include determining the extent of digital literacy acquisition among farmers, assessing the relationship between digital literacy and farmers' knowledge of contemporary agricultural practices, and identifying factors that influence the effectiveness of digital literacy interventions. Employing a mixed-methods research design, this study integrates quantitative and qualitative approaches to generate comprehensive insights. Quantitatively, a cross-sectional survey was conducted with a stratified random sample of 200 farmers from Green Valley Cooperative, selected to represent varying levels of engagement with digital literacy programs.
