Thesis Abstract

This research project aims to analyze the challenges faced by agricultural educators in teaching modern farming techniques. With the rapid advancements in agricultural technology and practices, it is crucial for agricultural educators to stay updated and effectively transmit this knowledge to their students. However, various obstacles hinder the successful teaching of modern farming techniques. This study will identify and examine these challenges, including limited access to resources, resistance to change, lack of training opportunities, and inadequate curriculum development. By conducting interviews, surveys, and literature reviews, this research will provide valuable insights into the barriers faced by agricultural educators and propose strategies to overcome these challenges. The findings of this study will contribute to the improvement of agricultural education programs and enhance the capacity of educators to effectively teach modern farming techniques.
