This thesis explores the implementation and evaluation of mobile technology in enhancing agricultural extension services. The rapid advancement of mobile technology has provided new opportunities to improve communication and knowledge sharing in the agricultural sector. The study focuses on how mobile technology can be effectively utilized to enhance agricultural extension services, ultimately leading to increased productivity and improved livelihoods for farmers. The research methodology includes a comprehensive literature review, data collection through surveys and interviews, and analysis of findings to evaluate the impact of mobile technology on agricultural extension services. The study aims to address key challenges such as limited access to agricultural information, lack of timely communication, and inadequate extension services in rural areas. The findings reveal that mobile technology can significantly improve the dissemination of agricultural information, facilitate real-time communication between extension agents and farmers, and enhance the overall effectiveness of extension services. The thesis concludes with recommendations for policymakers, extension providers, and other stakeholders to harness the full potential of mobile technology in agricultural extension services, thereby contributing to sustainable agricultural development and food security.
