Thesis Abstract
This research project aims to assess the impact of agricultural extension on the adoption of sustainable agrochemical management practices among farmers. Agrochemicals play a crucial role in modern agriculture, but their excessive and improper use can have detrimental effects on the environment, human health, and agricultural sustainability. Agricultural extension services play a vital role in disseminating knowledge, providing technical assistance, and promoting the adoption of sustainable agrochemical management practices. This study will evaluate the effectiveness of extension services in promoting sustainable agrochemical management, identify barriers and facilitators to adoption, and provide recommendations for enhancing extension programs in this area.
