Climate change poses a significant threat to agricultural productivity worldwide, particularly impacting smallholder farmers in developing countries who heavily rely on agriculture for their livelihoods. This study investigates the specific impacts of climate change on agricultural productivity among smallholder farmers in developing countries, with a focus on identifying challenges and potential adaptation strategies. Through a comprehensive case study approach, data was collected from smallholder farmers in select developing countries to analyze the effects of climate change on their agricultural practices and yields. The research methodology involved both quantitative and qualitative analyses, including surveys, interviews, and data analysis techniques. The literature review highlights the existing knowledge on climate change impacts on agriculture, emphasizing the vulnerabilities of smallholder farmers in developing countries. Various studies have identified changing precipitation patterns, temperature fluctuations, and extreme weather events as key factors affecting agricultural productivity. Additionally, the review explores different adaptation strategies that smallholder farmers can employ to mitigate the effects of climate change on their agricultural activities.
