This research study examines the effects of agricultural subsidies on rural-urban income disparities. Agricultural subsidies are government support programs that aim to stabilize agricultural markets, promote rural development, and ensure food security. However, the distributional impacts of these subsidies on rural and urban areas are not well understood. This study analyzes the effects of agricultural subsidies on income disparities between rural and urban populations, considering factors such as access to subsidies, agricultural productivity, employment opportunities, and income levels. The findings of this study will contribute to a better understanding of the relationship between agricultural subsidies and rural-urban income disparities, informing policy decisions aimed at reducing inequality and promoting inclusive growth.
