This research study aims to analyze the effects of agricultural subsidies on income distribution in the agricultural sector. Agricultural subsidies are financial incentives provided by governments to support farmers and promote agricultural production. While these subsidies are intended to benefit farmers, their impact on income distribution within the agricultural sector is a topic of debate. This study will examine the various mechanisms through which agricultural subsidies can affect income distribution, including their influence on farm size, profitability, and market concentration. By analyzing empirical evidence and conducting econometric modeling, this study will provide insights into the distributional consequences of agricultural subsidies and their implications for rural communities and overall income inequality.
