This research project aims to explore effective strategies for engaging adult learners in online education. With the increasing popularity of online learning platforms, it is essential to understand how to effectively engage adult learners in this digital learning environment. This study will examine the unique characteristics and needs of adult learners, identify the challenges they face in online education, and explore strategies and best practices for promoting engagement and motivation. By conducting a literature review, surveys, and interviews with adult learners and educators, this research project seeks to provide valuable insights into the design and implementation of online education programs that effectively engage adult learners.
