Thesis Abstract

Entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in economic growth, job creation, and innovation. Adult education programs have the potential to foster entrepreneurial skills and mindset among adult learners, empowering them to start and grow their own businesses. This research project aims to investigate the role of adult education in promoting entrepreneurship.

The research will begin with a comprehensive literature review to explore the conceptual framework of entrepreneurship and its significance in the context of adult education. It will analyze existing adult education programs and initiatives that focus on entrepreneurship to identify best practices and challenges.

The research methodology will involve both quantitative and qualitative approaches. Quantitative data will be collected through surveys to assess the entrepreneurial skills and intentions of adult learners before and after participating in adult education programs. Qualitative data will be gathered through interviews and case studies to gain insights into the experiences, motivations, and challenges faced by adult learners in pursuing entrepreneurship.
