Peer learning is a powerful educational approach that fosters collaboration, active engagement, and knowledge sharing among learners. This research project aims to explore the role of adult education in promoting peer learning and its impact on adult learners' educational experiences and outcomes.

The research will begin with a comprehensive literature review to examine the theoretical foundations and best practices of peer learning in adult education. It will analyze existing adult education programs and initiatives that incorporate peer learning to identify key design principles, pedagogical approaches, and facilitation strategies.

The research methodology will involve a mixed-methods approach.
