Thesis Abstract

Adult education has the potential to significantly impact individuals' health and well-being by providing them with knowledge, skills, and resources to make informed decisions and adopt healthy behaviors. This research project aims to explore the role of adult education in promoting health and well-being and examine the various strategies and approaches employed in adult education programs to address health-related topics.

The research will begin with a comprehensive literature review to examine the theoretical foundations and empirical evidence on the relationship between adult education and health promotion. It will analyze existing studies and initiatives that focus on adult education and health to identify key factors, such as health literacy, behavior change theories, and community engagement, that contribute to successful health promotion outcomes.

The research methodology will involve a mixed-methods approach. Quantitative data will be collected through surveys and assessments to measure the impact of adult education on participants' health knowledge, health behaviors, and overall well-being.
