Thesis Abstract

This research project aims to explore the impact of adult education on reducing inequality. Inequality is a pressing issue in societies worldwide, and adult education has the potential to address this challenge by providing individuals with opportunities for skill development, empowerment, and social mobility. However, there is a need to examine the specific mechanisms through which adult education can contribute to reducing inequality.

The research will involve a comprehensive literature review to examine the conceptual framework of inequality and the theoretical perspectives on adult education's role in reducing inequality. It will also analyze existing adult education programs and initiatives that focus on addressing inequality to identify best practices and lessons learned.

The research methodology will include quantitative analysis of secondary data, such as national surveys and educational attainment data, to assess the relationship between adult education and inequality indicators.
