Designing and Implementing a Workplace-Based Adult Education Program

Thesis Abstract

This research project aims to explore the design and implementation of a workplace-based adult education program. With the evolving demands of the modern workforce, providing opportunities for continuous learning and skill development is crucial for both employees and organizations. Workplace-based adult education programs offer a promising approach to address these needs and enhance employee performance and satisfaction.

The study will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. A specific workplace will be selected as the context for the research, and employees participating in the adult education program will be the primary participants. The research will focus on understanding the design elements of the program, including curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment methods. Additionally, the study will explore the implementation process, including challenges faced, facilitators of success, and the impact of the program on employee learning and development.
