While prior studies often focus on isolated sectors or single-context programs, this study addresses a gap by conducting a comparative analysis of workplace literacy programs across manufacturing, healthcare, and information technology industries to identify contextual determinants of effectiveness and scalability. The aim is to assess how program design, delivery modes, and organizational factors influence learning outcomes, transfer of training, and workforce performance across industries.
