Assessing the Effectiveness of Peer Learning in Adult Education

Peer learning is a widely recognized and utilized approach in adult education that promotes collaborative learning and knowledge sharing among peers. This research project aims to assess the effectiveness of peer learning in adult education settings and explore its impact on learning outcomes and learner satisfaction.

The research will begin with a comprehensive literature review to examine the theoretical foundations and empirical evidence supporting the use of peer learning in adult education. It will explore the different models and strategies of peer learning, as well as the factors that contribute to its effectiveness.

The research methodology will involve a mixed-methods approach. Quantitative data will be collected through surveys and assessments to measure learning outcomes and learner satisfaction among adult learners engaged in peer learning activities.
