Thesis Abstract

This project aims to explore the role of adult education programs in promoting civic engagement. Civic engagement refers to the active participation of individuals in their communities, including involvement in decision-making processes, volunteering, and advocating for social change. The project will examine the various strategies and approaches used in adult education programs to foster civic engagement among adult learners. It will also investigate the impact of these programs on individuals' sense of community belonging, empowerment, and their ability to contribute to positive social change.
