This research project aims to investigate records management practices in selected business organizations in Owerri metropolis. The study will focus on understanding the current state of records management, identifying challenges faced by organizations, and exploring potential improvements that can be made to enhance records management processes. The research will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. A sample of business organizations in Owerri metropolis will be selected for the study, and data will be collected through surveys, interviews, and document analysis.
