This study focuses on the analysis of the interpretative function of costume design in a specific theater production, namely THA 303. By examining the relationship between costumes and the characters they represent, this research aims to explore how costume design influences the audience's perception and understanding of the characters and the narrative. Through a case study approach, this research delves into the intricate details of the costume design in THA 303 production, analyzing the choices made by the costume designer in relation to the characters' personalities, backgrounds, and roles in the play.
