This research project aims to investigate the role and contribution of purchasing and supply in the profitability of Nigeria Bottling Company Plc (NBC) in Aba. The study seeks to understand how the purchasing and supply functions within the organization impact its overall profitability. The research will utilize a case study approach, focusing on NBC Aba as a specific example within the context of the Nigerian beverage industry. The primary objectives of the study include examining the current purchasing and supply practices at NBC Aba, analyzing the relationship between purchasing decisions and organizational profitability, and identifying areas for potential improvement in the purchasing and supply processes. By conducting interviews, surveys, and analyzing financial data, the research will provide insights into the efficiency and effectiveness of NBC Aba's purchasing and supply operations.
