The study aims to explore the benefits and challenges of integrating blockchain technology into retail supply chains, with a focus on understanding how this technology can enhance trust, traceability, and accountability among supply chain participants. The research methodology involves a comprehensive literature review to understand the current landscape of blockchain technology in supply chain management.
