Adolescent aggressiveness is a common issue that can have detrimental effects on both the individual and those around them. Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and social learning therapy (SLT) have been identified as effective interventions for managing aggressive behavior in adolescents. This research aims to explore the effects of CBT and SLT on managing adolescents' aggressiveness through a comprehensive literature review and analysis of existing studies. The study will focus on identifying the underlying mechanisms of CBT and SLT that contribute to reducing aggressive behaviors in adolescents. By examining the cognitive restructuring techniques employed in CBT and the social modeling aspects of SLT, the research aims to provide insights into how these therapeutic approaches can help adolescents learn adaptive behaviors and develop appropriate coping strategies. Furthermore, the research will investigate the long-term effects of CBT and SLT on adolescents' aggressive tendencies. By examining follow-up studies and outcome measures, the study aims to determine the sustainability of the therapeutic effects and the potential for relapse in aggressive behaviors over time. In addition, the research will explore the role of individual differences in response to CBT and SLT interventions. By considering factors such as age, gender, and personality traits, the study aims to identify potential predictors of treatment outcomes and tailor intervention strategies to better meet the needs of individual adolescents. Overall, this research seeks to contribute to the existing literature on adolescent aggression management by providing a comprehensive analysis of the effects of CBT and SLT on managing adolescents' aggressiveness.
