The aging population is increasing globally, leading to a rise in age-related health conditions, particularly cardiovascular diseases. This longitudinal study aims to investigate the effects of exercise on cardiovascular health in older adults. The research focuses on understanding how regular physical activity impacts various cardiovascular parameters and overall health outcomes in this demographic group. The study consists of a diverse sample of older adults aged 60 and above, who will participate in a structured exercise program over a one-year period. Various cardiovascular health indicators such as blood pressure, heart rate, cholesterol levels, and overall fitness will be monitored before and after the exercise intervention. Additionally, subjective measures of quality of life, mood, and energy levels will also be assessed to provide a holistic view of the impact of exercise on overall well-being. The research methodology includes a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data analysis with qualitative insights from participant interviews and observations. This comprehensive approach allows for a nuanced understanding of the complex relationship between exercise and cardiovascular health in older adults.
