Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of exercise intensity on cardiovascular function in sedentary individuals. Sedentary lifestyle has been linked to various cardiovascular diseases, making it crucial to understand how exercise intensity can impact cardiovascular health. The study utilized a sample of sedentary individuals who were subjected to different exercise intensities to assess changes in cardiovascular parameters.
