Physical exercise has been recognized as a cornerstone in the management of type 2 diabetes due to its beneficial effects on glycemic control and cardiovascular health. This thesis investigates the specific effects of exercise on cardiovascular health in individuals with type 2 diabetes. The research begins with a comprehensive review of the literature, focusing on ten key aspects related to exercise, cardiovascular health, and type 2 diabetes. The literature review highlights the importance of exercise in improving cardiovascular outcomes and managing diabetes-related risk factors.
