Telemedicine has emerged as a valuable tool in healthcare delivery, providing opportunities for remote consultation, diagnosis, and treatment. This study aims to assess the impact of telemedicine on pediatric healthcare outcomes. The research explores how telemedicine influences access to care, quality of care, patient satisfaction, and healthcare outcomes for pediatric patients. A comprehensive literature review was conducted to gather existing knowledge on telemedicine in pediatric healthcare. The research methodology includes a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of healthcare data and qualitative interviews with healthcare providers, caregivers, and pediatric patients. Findings from the study indicate that telemedicine has the potential to improve access to care for pediatric patients in remote or underserved areas, enhance the quality of care through timely consultations and specialist input, and increase patient satisfaction by providing convenient and efficient healthcare services. However, challenges such as technological barriers, regulatory issues, and concerns about the quality of virtual consultations need to be addressed to maximize the benefits of telemedicine in pediatric healthcare. The study concludes with recommendations for healthcare providers, policymakers, and stakeholders to optimize the use of telemedicine in pediatric healthcare and improve healthcare outcomes for pediatric patients.
