Telehealth services have become increasingly popular in the healthcare industry, offering innovative solutions to improve patient care and outcomes. This thesis explores the impact of telehealth services on patient outcomes in home health care settings. The study aims to investigate how the adoption of telehealth technologies influences various aspects of patient care, including access to healthcare services, monitoring of health conditions, and overall patient satisfaction. The research methodology includes a comprehensive literature review to examine existing studies on telehealth services and their effects on patient outcomes. A mixed-methods approach is utilized to gather data from both healthcare providers and patients receiving home health care services. Quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews are conducted to collect data on the perceived benefits and challenges of telehealth services in home health care settings. The findings reveal that telehealth services have a positive impact on patient outcomes in home health care settings. Patients report increased convenience and improved access to healthcare services through remote monitoring and virtual consultations.
